April 21, 2021I have been here since January 2021 and I have no complaints. The area is close to everything, the units are decent size, maintenance is always out doing their jobs to maintain the complex. Super dog friendly, I wish there was some type of dog park/area for the dogs to have somewhere to get off the leash and be dogs. Office staff is cool as well!Review from Apartments.com
Arioso Loft Review
October 12, 2015To Begin, the area is very convenient. Its just on the outskirts of downtown phoenix yet its far enough to avoid the downtown traffic. There are two convenience stores across the street and a shopping center a few blocks away. Its right next to the 51 which is also super convenient. The lofts are VERY roomy for the price. the community is actually very quiet including on the weekends. Theres a security guard on site every night and pools are always clean. Staff is extremely kind and every month ...they send out a news letter that describes any events they might be hosting in the office for that month. Maintenance is also pretty awesome, they'll have whatever you need fixed asap. I've never been left waiting for an unreasonable amount of time. Three day grace period for rent and the late fee is only $50 if you turn rent in between the 4th and 10th. (These dates and fees are always in the news letter so you never forget). Price is crazy cheap for a loft compared to others. Over all its a great place to live and to show off to friends.Read MoreReview from Apartments.com
Love This Place
October 5, 2015I've lived at Arioso 2 years and they have been amazing. I was first attracted to Arioso by it's clean modern aestheics and their unique floor plans. Their lofts have so much room for activities! What really made this home was the support of the office staff and maintenance. They're always so happy to help. Maintenance always comes to fix problems in a timely manner and they are very knowledgeable about the problems. The location of the complex is great - just far enough from main streets to have ...a quiet atmosphere but still close enough to grocery stores (Fry's, Whole Foods), gyms, and downtown is a couple of minutes away. Arioso City Lofts
August 16, 2015Arioso City Lofts is a good apartment with good staff, but overall nothing special. There is a waiting list, I assume because of the great location, which is just outlying the heart of downtown Phoenix. The tubs are larger than standard tubs (garden-style, I believe they are called), which is a plus. The windows are large and aesthetically appealing, but you'll need black out curtains if you want to avoid your A/C bill from sky-rocketing. The kitchen cabinets do not have handles, which I find ...myself able to live with, but not particularly fond of. We have experienced some minor maintenance issues, all of which were taken care of. Arioso City Lofts rock!
August 2, 2015I have lived at Arioso for 2.5 years. I am a serial renter, and I have lived all over the valley, from North Phoenix to Glendale, Mesa to Tolleson. Arioso City Loft's management has been the MOST welcoming, accommodating, HONEST front office team that I have encountered. The appliances are older, I have had maintenance done on the dishwasher, washing machine, garbage disposal, and the water heater. When my water heater broke they were there to fix it within 10 minutes of calling- and they ...replaced the entire thing within 20 minutes. The community is quiet, and they have a groundskeeper that comes around every day to straighten up, and a grounds crew that comes once a week. Don't leave anything close to the edge of your porch: my bike was stolen with the lock picked one night. Although that was certainly a blow, I do feel safe here and they have multiple security guards that roam around as a deterrent (they will come up and ask you what apartment you live in which does not sit well with me, I never answer that question if I am alone.) All and all this is a great place to live for a couple, it is gay friendly, pet friendly and very close to both the Biltmore area and downtown (only a $6 Uber ride to Chase field).Read MoreReview from Apartments.com
