Poor management and poor quality homes

The homes were nothing like pictured. Dirty, poorly constructed, bugs everywhere, garage door poorly installed. Management is dodgy and unreliable and not truthful.

This place is amazing, it’s so homey. You get a house with a small neighborhood with the apartment benefits! The staff is amazing too, very attentive super fast and they keep this neighborhood looking super clean. If you want a house without home owner responsibility this is the definitely the place to be, Thank you Arista team the move in process was seamless!
