    To whom it may concern: “It’s about you,” says their motto. On Dec 6, I turned 83. On Dec 26, they sent me a Lease NON-RENEWAL notice. Interesting! I am a retired Fortune 500 engineer, sales and marketing manager, and a 6-year AES tenant with a spotless record of 100% on-time payments and no violations. For the last 15+ years, I have maintained an exceptional record of 100% on-time in all categories – rent, utilities, loans, credit cards, etc. FICO Score notes my record as EXCEPTIONAL. My ...
    current management team, as well as the previous one of 28 years in Burbank, has noted that my apartments have been the cleanest and most beautiful in the complex. The Burbank management used my live-in unit as a Showcase Apartment on several occasions. I challenged their decision to non-renew, which is grossly unfair, but completely legal under Nevada law. I did that with a 21-page rebuttal and an illustrated flash drive. Corporate management sent me a letter stating that it’s NOT about me personally, and that they just want their apartment back. Actually, what Corporate Management really wants is to have a quality tenant – like me – but NOT me – living in my apartment. According to the Vacancy Chart in the Assistant Manager’s Office, their Vacancy Rate is 15% compared to the Las Vegas 10% average, while their goal is 5%. Their actions regarding my tenancy completely CONTRADICT their claims! “We create better living,” is their new motto.

    Been living here 2 years, recently transferred to a 2 bedroom and since I moved in a month ago they have done absolutely nothing to put in any of the work orders or contact back for maintenance. I have emailed multiple times a week, called multiple times and left voicemails. The few times I had the energy to go in person they just said “we will handle it” It’s gotten to the point where I’m so angry that I have nothing else to do but write reviews.

  • THESE APARTMENTS ARE HORRIBLE 0 STARS!!!

    Hi I am a current resident in these disgusting apartments. They are infested with roaches in every corner. We have written a large amount if complaints as a whole and our "maintenance workers" only came two times to spray and it hasn't done anything. We also have problems with our dish washer and we have put in multiple work orders about it and they come and "fix" it and it only makes it worse. We have requested a new one and they have said we will get a new one and it never happened. Instead of ...
    being long winded i will put this very simply: They only care about one thing MONEY. Anything else is nonsense to there ears and they treat there residents like trash. Me and my family will be moving away shortly and they will no longer receive our money. Again 0 stars for my review. These apartments are slum and need a entirely new team for management and maintenance.

    Do not rent here! You will regret every bit of it. They have maintenance on staff but they do not fix things. There is a huge homeless population on the grounds that climb over the wall in the back. Some sleep in the dumpster areas. IT IS NOT SAFE! DO NOT RENT HERE!

    Since new management this place is even worse! Management will lie to make themselves look good, they never answer the phone or emails and don’t call you back, the apartments are outdated and the roaches never go away, there is trash and piles of dog poop everywhere that doesn’t get cleaned up. The pools and gym are never open especially in the afternoons your car will get towed for simply being park in the parking lot. PLEASE LOOK Anywhere but ARIUM!!!

    Everything was ok minus the amount of roaches before ARIUM took over. It’s a ton of reasons why you shouldn’t rent from them so I’ll start with new management staff. They were rude and you could never contact anyone by phone. They’ll give u false information when you ask. They pool is never open. It’s a lot of trash blowing around on the ground. They have tow trucks going around tagging cars and towing and if your 2 weeks late on rent they will send out 24 hour eviction notice without letting you ...
    catch up. On top of that they hold the eviction notice until the day before you have to leave. PLEASE DON’T RENT HERE! I never wrote a review but I’m trying to warn ppl about them they are terrible!! We were late because they raised our rent so they can have new tenants. DONT DO IT!

    Moved from Montana to Las Vegas and upon arrival our apartment was given to us in poor condition we had hire a cleaner because it was so dirty! Not to mention that our fridge had cockroaches! They almost towed our car away because THEY gave us the wrong parking spot! I told Sierra that assistant manager and she never once apologized! DO NOT RENT HERE

    Look for a better place than this. Have been here for 2 months and tbh the actual apartments are nice but the staff and ownership and maintenance is nonexistent once you sign the lease. I have a list of 3 or 4 maintenance requests that have gone totally unanswered (look at my other comments on here). Got a utility bill today that charged me for pest control. The only pests are mosquitos that thrive in these apartments because they run the sprinklers all night long even when it rains. So the place ...
