I would urge anyone considering Arium Meadows to be extremely cautious. My experience regarding move-out procedures was unacceptable. I was forced to pay for a service I never requested throughout my tenancy, and when I verbally asked management for instructions on handling the equipment during my move-out, they provided an answer that was inconsistent with the lease and clearly incompetent. Following their guidance left me with hefty fees for "unreturned equipment." The management team has ...

Nothing like the pictures on the site, NOTHING!!! There is always garbage everywhere, grass is never cut, trees need to be trimmed, no functioning pools or fitness center and have the audacity to charge so much for rent. That’s another thing, your base rent looks great on paper, until you add up all the additional monthly fees that get tacked on. They need a better system as far as fixing things in your apartment that you put a maintenance request in for, there’s no sense of urgency. They want ...

This review is a WARNING to anyone thinking about renting here. We have lived here for 5 years now and this is the first year our rent has been raised and is the year this place looks its WORST, so that they have the audacity to think they are are worth MORE now that they trashed the place is simply asinine. Last fall, they overwatered the grass to the point the entire property was flooded under inches of water wherever you walked and did not stop despite multiple calls and emails. This summer, ...
they have not watered a single DAY and the entire property is now dead. The grass has turned into hard dirt, bushes are dead, and trees are dying. There is dog poop literally every single inch across the property. You cannot step anywhere without stepping on dog poop. The pathway lights around the property are mostly broken. The vehicle carport awnings are damaged in most areas, and the property has not been repaved or painted since the new management company purchased it. The pools have turned into literal swamps at this point. I expect to see creatures crawling out of it at any moment. Our elderly neighbor's window was broken and remained broken for almost a month before they got around to finally fixing it. They simply do not care about your well-being here at all. It is simply comical that think they think they can charge more after coming in here and trashing the place. Do not come here, go literally anywhere else.

Since this company has taken over the front gate is not working and hasn't worked in months. They allow residents with dogs to leave piles of dog feeces around. Management is a where and does nothing. Trash area stays unsanitary with garbage all over. This used to be a nice complex. I've been here a few years. If value where you live this is not the place to be.

Vaticide the management is very rude and only care about getting there rent.
