Big apartments, no amenities

This place has SPIRALED in 2 years. The gates worked for just over a month. The pool has been open less than 6 months in 2 years. The gym ALWAYS has a lock on it. There are people constantly using hard drugs and dumpster diving on the property. People have broken into the mailboxes on more than one occasion. The landscaping is terribly unkempt. The property looks abandoned. The residents do not take care of the property. I moved to a smaller place at a better managed property because this place ...

Nothing like the pictures on the site, NOTHING!!! There is always garbage everywhere, grass is never cut, trees need to be trimmed, no functioning pools or fitness center and have the audacity to charge so much for rent. That’s another thing, your base rent looks great on paper, until you add up all the additional monthly fees that get tacked on. They need a better system as far as fixing things in your apartment that you put a maintenance request in for, there’s no sense of urgency. They want ...
their rent money though, despite all the issues and will start a court case for eviction after 2 weeks if you’re late (things happen sometimes but it’s stressful seeing that on your door so fast). The office staff is nice but need to do better!!

Horrible New Management

This review is a WARNING to anyone thinking about renting here. We have lived here for 5 years now and this is the first year our rent has been raised and is the year this place looks its WORST, so that they have the audacity to think they are are worth MORE now that they trashed the place is simply asinine. Last fall, they overwatered the grass to the point the entire property was flooded under inches of water wherever you walked and did not stop despite multiple calls and emails. This summer, ...
they have not watered a single DAY and the entire property is now dead. The grass has turned into hard dirt, bushes are dead, and trees are dying. There is dog poop literally every single inch across the property. You cannot step anywhere without stepping on dog poop. The pathway lights around the property are mostly broken. The vehicle carport awnings are damaged in most areas, and the property has not been repaved or painted since the new management company purchased it. The pools have turned into literal swamps at this point. I expect to see creatures crawling out of it at any moment. Our elderly neighbor's window was broken and remained broken for almost a month before they got around to finally fixing it. They simply do not care about your well-being here at all. It is simply comical that think they think they can charge more after coming in here and trashing the place. Do not come here, go literally anywhere else.

The complex is becoming ghetto.

Since this company has taken over the front gate is not working and hasn't worked in months. They allow residents with dogs to leave piles of dog feeces around. Management is a where and does nothing. Trash area stays unsanitary with garbage all over. This used to be a nice complex. I've been here a few years. If value where you live this is not the place to be.

It's Not All That Bad

To call this place a dump would be a compliment! They post beautiful pictures of their apartments and they're really not that great! Vaticide the management is very rude and only care about getting there rent. There are no security cameras except around the main office building and if anything bad happens to your vehicle don't expect them to care.
