Please contact us through the independent smart maintenance portal to schedule service if you are still residing in your apartment home with us. As a best practice, we send surveys after every move-in, service call and move- out- these surveys are reviewed by regional management to ensure resident concerns are addressed. Farmers trace was okay..
December 16, 2021I love in farmers trace for 4 years. It was okay, biggest problem was loud neighbors, and roaches constantly. The apartment always sent out pest control when i called, but other residents not cleaning kept causing bugs. Cars get broken into a-lot police are at farmers trace a-lot. I use to sit on my balcony and watch the police deal with domestics and drug calls.Review from Apartments.com
Decent for the prize
August 15, 2015The apartments are low in prize compared to most around the area they have nice vinyl floors and are up to date even though they were built years back. Their located right by the highway and have many stores and schools nearby. Would be nice if they had a pool but they do offer a laundry room which is nice if you dont own your own washer and dryer. Overall the apartments are nice for the prize that's why I would rate it 4 out of 5 stars.Review from Apartments.com
