Horrible place-BEWARE
February 16, 2023Manager is lazy! Doesn’t care about complaints. Leaves you hanging. Ceiling and floor are paper thin! Carpet is cheap. So is laminate. Also the neighbors are pretty rude. It’s a really stuck up environment overall. They keep raising rent, but might as well not have amenities, because pool NEVER opens in time, and is closed a lot of the time. I would rather have a nicer unit, with these prices and NO amenities. Also the maintenance men are pretty nice, but the girl is not . I bet the guys do all ...the work.. just my 2cents. Arlington Park
August 14, 2015This is a beautiful complex and I moved here because of the look of the apartments and they were fairly new so in really good condition. The rent was outstanding for the comfort you received. It has a good amount of amenities including laundry room, exercise room, and pool. I really feel safe here due to the fact that several police officers live in the complex and their presence is always known. I have not noticed loud. As of late though there has been a problem with trash in the breezeway. I am ...on the lower level in front and my front door area catches everything from the upper floors. September 4, 2015This apartment is very spacious and quiet. It is in the middle of nowhere but also has things to do not to far away .Not to mention there is a school on top of the hill. It has a pool and a play ground and friendly neighbors. The maintenence are always there when you need them and are quick to handle any issues... whats not to like :)Review from Apartments.com
