Dirty and unattractive apartment
April 2, 2024The hallways smell like weed and cigarettes and the smell gets into your apartment. The hallways are filthy and covered in cigarette ashes. Washer doesn’t work even though there’s been multiple maintenance requests made. The property is unkept and very unattractive to look at. The increasing rent doesn’t reflect the state of the property.Property Manager Responded

September 13, 2023Arlington South was my home for five years, and I have never once had an issue with loud neighbors, maintenance, or Meghan. Meghan is very on top of everything, and if she doesn’t know the answer off hand she would get back to me in a very quick fashion. The apartments themselves are nice, very standard but it works. I would have renewed my lease if I had a roommate or made more money. Truly a wonderful home, I will forever and always recommend these apartments as long as Meghan is there. ...Maintenance was always very quick on fulfilling work orders and he’s also very friendly as well. Nice, safe apartments
May 22, 2023I have lived here for a few years now and I haven’t had any issues. The complex is very safe, and the unit itself is nice. Rent is decent compared to other apartments. I have only needed maintenance a couple of times, but those requests were answered and taken care of immediately. Great maintenance. The property could use some work though. There is no landscaping, missing/mismatched shutters, broken/mismatched porch lights, and weeds throughout. Some TLC on the exterior would be great.
