I feel that the units have been kept up nicely. I live in a townhome here. Having a basement level with my own washer and dryer is a huge plus. Feels like a little house. The walls upstairs are kinda thin. I can usually hear my neighbors when I’m in the bathroom. It’s not a big deal though. Everyone is quiet, nice, and respectful. Love the size of my master bedroom with high ceilings. It’s a great little place, very comfortable. I feel that the staff has been responsive. I’ve had just a couple ...
minor issues. Once with my bathtub not draining, and my blinds were getting stuck. They fixed it right away. I’d recommend living here.

Management dosent give you the time of day and disrespects any opinion their tenants have. Was told I need to "put my big boy pants on" by the president of the company, while he continued to talk over me....Every time I talk to them its not a solution based conversation. and turns into a one way conversation with nothing getting resolved. Kitchen looks like it belongs in the 1970's Landscaping is kept up poorly

Great place to live in my experience. Quiet neighborhood, office staff always answers promptly. The maintenance guy is the nicest, friendliest guy. Some of the amenities are outdated but still it’s a nice place to live.
