I’m moving from out of state, so the management office was very accomodating and helpful helping me get everything figured out with my new apartment. The building is quiet, peaceful, and in such a great location downtown, that it’s already been such a respite after long work days :)

I’ve seen firsthand how residents who voice concerns are treated poorly instead of being supported. The management here needs serious improvement in communication and professionalism.
No one should feel unsafe or ignored where they live. Until changes are made, I wouldn’t recommend this community to anyone looking for a respectful, well-run environment.

Great community, friendly staff. Apartments are spacious and comfortable. Location to downtown is great, within walking distance from restaurants, bars, shops, coffee and MARTA if you use train to commute.

The apartment itself exceeded my expectations. It’s clean, with plenty of natural light and quality finishes that make it feel like home.
