January 30, 2026I’ve live here now for almost 5 years, at first the rent was kinda fixed and I like it and then after the new management they have increased my rent almost every renewal. Location is great and neighborhood, very walkable. If something is broken they’ll fix it right away.Property Manager Responded

May 21, 2025I’ve been living here since December and it’s a pretty solid place. The building is clean, modern, and feels safe. There’s good security, packages are handled well, and maintenance has been quick any time I’ve needed something. The location’s great—close to grocery stores, the bus stop, and a bunch of places I go to regularly. My unit’s comfortable and everything works like it should. The landlord is nice and extremely responsive, which I appreciate. They go out of their way to take care of most ...issues, which is very rare when it comes to apartments! The only real issue is the noise. There’s a lot of above unit stomping and door slamming in the hallway, and sound carries more than it should. At times, you can hear people talking out there like they’re right outside your door. It’s not constant, but it’s noticeable, especially at night. Other than that, I’ve had a good experience overall. If noise doesn’t bother you much, it’s a 5/5 place to live.Property Manager Responded

March 4, 2025Living at arrive belay has been a wonderful experience, between the managers, maintenance and all the amenities. I feel like I made the right choice in loving here. Fortunately when things are happening in the building, wether it’s work happening on the building or a tanner event or just office closure Coleman and sully send out emails keeping everyone in the loop.Property Manager Responded

Nice apartment in the quiet part of Ballard
December 19, 2024I've been living at Arrive Belay for about a year now, it's a great property! No issues with noise or neighbors, very clean, everyone is nice and respectful. Sully managed my move in, it was very smooth! I got 8 weeks free and it really helped. Coleman is always nice and helpful with any questions or requests as well, they've got a good team that genuinely cares about every resident. Apartments are newly remodeled, all appliances are modern, in-unit washer and drier are really nice. It was a must ...requirement for me.
