Loud hallways and upstairs tenants
March 9, 2026If you look back at reviews from 5+ years ago, you will see that other tenant have had noise issues as well. The reviews stating that this property is quiet are lying. I've been dealing with a neighbor stomping, dropping things repeatedly, slamming cabinets, etc , for two entire years. Management does nothing about it, even after sending proof. The hallways are noisy with dogs barking and tenants having full conversations. They also do apartment renovations during the weekends. January 19, 2025I have lived at Arrive Noba for about four months now and I have no complaints. The location is great is close to grocery stores, restaurants, and workout classes.
