Loud hallways and upstairs tenants

If you look back at reviews from 5+ years ago, you will see that other tenant have had noise issues as well. The reviews stating that this property is quiet are lying. I've been dealing with a neighbor stomping, dropping things repeatedly, slamming cabinets, etc , for two entire years. Management does nothing about it, even after sending proof. The hallways are noisy with dogs barking and tenants having full conversations. They also do apartment renovations during the weekends. These apartments ...
are fine for someone 18-21, but if you're an adult, no. Can't wait to move out.

Great staff and decent units. Noisy road but safe area overall. Great for public transit to downtown. The building itself is very quiet. Priced comparable to others in the area.

Great amenities, communicative leasing office, and recently updated apartments. Great location right on the D line bus route and also easy to travel by car.

Great location and very quick and thorough maintenance responses (even to my odd requests). Parking area is small but secure. Fun resident events.

I have lived at Arrive Noba for about four months now and I have no complaints. The location is great is close to grocery stores, restaurants, and workout classes. The management is excellent and goes above and beyond expectations. And lastly the apartment offers great amenities like a small gym and rooftop area.
