The reviews stating that this property is quiet are lying. I've been dealing with a neighbor stomping, dropping things repeatedly, slamming cabinets, etc , for two entire years. Management does nothing about it, even after sending proof. The hallways are noisy with dogs barking and tenants having full conversations. They also do apartment renovations during the weekends. These apartments ...are fine for someone 18-21, but if you're an adult, no. Can't wait to move out.Read More

January 19, 2025 - Review from Apartments.comI have lived at Arrive Noba for about four months now and I have no complaints. The location is great is close to grocery stores, restaurants, and workout classes. The management is excellent and goes above and beyond expectations. And lastly the apartment offers great amenities like a small gym and rooftop area.
