This building and community are well worth your consideration. I've loved living here and I have no intention of moving out soon. Despite some of the reviews, I have not had any issue with noise or disrespectful behavior. I've had a quiet and comfortable experience. My nextdoor apartment neighbor and I joke that we're the only ones that live here because of how quiet it is and how respectful the other tenants are. Loud hallways and upstairs tenants

If you look back at reviews from 5+ years ago, you will see that other tenant have had noise issues as well. The reviews stating that this property is quiet are lying. I've been dealing with a neighbor stomping, dropping things repeatedly, slamming cabinets, etc , for two entire years. Management does nothing about it, even after sending proof. The hallways are noisy with dogs barking and tenants having full conversations. They also do apartment renovations during the weekends. These apartments ...
are fine for someone 18-21, but if you're an adult, no. Can't wait to move out.
