December 24, 2023the apartments are very pretty, but the area isn’t good- homeless, drunk people, and people very clearly on drugs around the building at all times and through the night is very nosy. “security” is also a joke, they’re not consistently there, and when they are they are sleeping or glued to their phones. packages also get stolen from the package room by other residents, and the building refuses to do anything about it. While cheaper than other apartments you may find downtown, you risk your ...security. Also keep in mind there isn’t a parking garage for the building, and the closest one is pricey. I will be moving the second my lease is up, it is that problematic of an area. while it is on fifth street you’re about 3-4 blocks down from the night life and to get there have to walk through a combination of abandoned stores and liquor stores where you will see homeless people doing drugs. visit the area before you even consider.Property Manager Responded
