October 14, 2025just moved in a few weeks ago and im still dealing with a terrible roach infestation. ive called pest control a few times and used a bug bomb. having to buy nearly every product to see what will help work. the fact that they're babies means that this is a bigger issue that management didn't care to help prevent. I have a huge fear of bugs, I should be feeling terrorized in my new home everyday. I cant even cook or eat there without feeling gross.Property Manager Responded

August 25, 2025Leasing office is great. No major issues with bugs like some other Atlanta communities and residents pretty much keep to themselves/ the community is pretty quiet. Maintenance is a slow to fix things or will do just enough to make things functional without a long term fix and you’ll never see them again about the issue. Front gate has been broken for awhile, which makes living in a gated community pointless. Overall, getting things fixed is the real issue here.Property Manager Responded
