December 18, 2025I enjoy living at Arrive Chadds Ford. It would be great if there was functional lighting at night behind the swimming pool area. Pet owners walk their dogs and it is pitch dark in that area.Review from Apartments.com

The location is super convenient — close to everything I need, but still quiet enough to feel comfortable at home. August 13, 2025I still like living here one thing im not fond of is the dog poop. some residents don't clean up after their pet. so you have to be careful when you walk on the grass and sidewalks.Property Manager Responded

July 23, 2025Our 2 bedroom is spacious. The appliances are all new. Unfortunately, I feel as though some of the touch ups that were done are starting to show and need to be redone. The staff is extremely helpful and kind. The pool is a great place to spend your afternoon in the summer.Property Manager Responded
