Management is changing a lot. Some work orders have been slow/not completed but major issues are resolved. Community areas are a bit lacking - wish there was more laundry rooms and a hot tub.

I absolutely love Arrive. They have been so helpful. Everything is so quiet and so clean and so peaceful., if there’s a problem with my unit like the garbage disposal is not working they’ll come fix it or replace it. No questions asked the management staff is so considerate and so understanding. I absolutely love living here.

We just moved in mid January. So far it has been pleasant. Currently in a 3 bedroom at Arrive. We love the location. The space is very nice. The patio is a good size to host. The amenities are great. Parking is quite difficult so hosting is tricky. Other than that, we’re enjoying Arrive so far.

The complex is good. However, there is a big issue with others parking along alley creating barriers for others to come and go in their parking spots.

Community is fine. Older appliances, thick layers of paint, and a door with old hardware, make this complex more expensive than it's worth. Been here before the complex turned into Arrive and since then, it's just been really expensive due to "beautifying" and adding new utilities and events around the complex.

Friendly neighbors. Don’t like roaches. Neighbors upstairs were always fighting or crying. The plants are beautiful. Pool nice. Laundry clean. Staff kind and helpful. Maintenance female did amazing replacing a toilet by herself during the holiday.

Decent place if you’re looking for a “stop along the way”. Most neighbors are respectful especially when it comes to packages on porches or just being considerate of noise after hours. The worst thing would probably be the laundry rooms not sufficient enough for the amount of people that need to wash and machines always having issues breaking down. Also people don’t respect the no smoking policy and it is not enforced. Other than that, it’s a clean area and pretty peaceful at times. Definitely a ...

The apartments themselves are great. Fast maintenance and easy to speak to staff. There are however many noisy neighbors. There are many stores and restaurants around the area. The community is a good place to live. There is little to no crime around here.
