February 27, 20265 stars doesn’t do anyone justice. Nothing is perfect. 3 weeks in and finally moved in enough stuff to stay here for just the 1st week so far so good. Haven’t really meet anyone or done much. It’s quiet, parking is just ok. Mainly my issue but hey 89/100 Let’s see how it goes from hereProperty Manager Responded

February 25, 2026Very good experience. The staff communications have been helpful informing residents about snow removal office closures and community events. Maintenance is very prompt to make repairs when needed, and are friendly, polite and professional. The staff overall has been very friendly and helpful.Property Manager Responded

February 20, 2026Overall the complex is pretty nice. Although there have been upgrades to the units, the age of the apartments show in the insulation- it can be pretty pricey for electricity even when changing behaviors and keeping the thermostat set at lower temperatures in the winter. Parking could be better, some units have too many cars and when people have visitors they take up parking for those who live here. Maintenance is responsive for any issues that may arrive and management is also responsive to ...complaints too. It's not a bad place to live but there is some room for improvement.Property Manager Responded

January 22, 2026Pros: It’s a good apartment complex that’s in a safe area with lots to do nearby. The appliances in my unit were new and the carpet was new as well. The leasing office is extremely friendly and responsive. They answer all of your questions and treat you well. There are also fun events they host in the clubhouse. Cons: I’ve had a few hiccups here and there with the features of the unit (windows, outlets, HVAC, etc.) but maintenance was always there by the next day to fix my issues. There was also ...an issue with mice in the kitchen for a brief stint and they sent out pest control and maintenance to find the problem area and patch the hole they were coming through. The parking tends to be a bit difficult and you may have to walk somewhat of a distance to your unit. If they can add more parking spaces near some of the buildings for the large volume of residents that would be great. Overall: I enjoyed my experience at Arrive, even with its hiccups.
