March 6, 2025Move in process was pretty easy, the property manager is really nice. But I literally just moved in and have had to put in 2 maintenance tickets already because a few things aren't working/broke immediately :/Property Manager Responded

January 19, 2025Quiet and close to everything. Outside is a mess but so is every city in America right now. From my living space I see old beautiful brick and trees along with city and it’s lovely. I have been able to leave a package outside my door all day accidentally. The neighbors are solid so far! Maintenance responds quickly and management has been nothing but helpful and gracious. September 5, 2024I like it. The only thing that kind of surprised me were the outdated appliances. When I checked the reviews/site.. it said that everything was updated that was the largest downside for me. Also, being so close to a shelter where there are a lot of unhoused people who are often outside of the building is something to consider.Property Manager Responded
