January 23, 2026Apartment is great. Location is a jack of all trades. That is to say, if you're willing to walk up or down hills, you can get literally anywhere in west seattle. Staff are great, they'll sometimes give you free food.Property Manager Responded

November 24, 2025I’m absolutely loving it here! It is a great location. Just sitting in my apartment is so soothing. My experience with the staff was amazing! March 6, 2025Move in process was pretty easy, the property manager is really nice. But I literally just moved in and have had to put in 2 maintenance tickets already because a few things aren't working/broke immediately :/Property Manager Responded

January 19, 2025Quiet and close to everything. Outside is a mess but so is every city in America right now. From my living space I see old beautiful brick and trees along with city and it’s lovely. I have been able to leave a package outside my door all day accidentally. The neighbors are solid so far! Maintenance responds quickly and management has been nothing but helpful and gracious.
