February 25, 2026I've been living at Arrive for two years now and have had a positive experience. My only concern and complaint would be the incredibly limited amount of visitor parking spaces available, in comparison to the amount of tenants. February 19, 2026A lot of issues, pests, Ac wasn’t working at one point, gym keeps shutting down, water leaks into the ceiling, bath tub is chipped and not in good shape and then leaks from the bathtub facet, issues with parking and reduction on guest parking, parking spot also was taken by another resident for two weeks and then by workers without asking, poor answering of messages when i make calls to the call center and the cameras in the lobby not working. There is no security at the gate anymore. Just not ...working the label “luxury” in my opinionProperty Manager Responded

Unprofessional management
February 14, 2026The worst service and extremely rude management. I accidentally left my garage keys inside and went to the leasing office to ask if they could unlock the door. They looked for a spare key but did not have one — which is surprising, as management should always keep extra keys for situations like this. Instead, they came and broke the lock without informing me that I would be charged for it. If I had known there would be a charge, I would have waited for my husband to come home from work since he ...has another key. The management handled the situation in a very unprofessional manner. The overall service in this building has been consistently poor. The hallways often smell unpleasant. Last year, there was construction in the leasing office and amenities area that lasted for many months, yet we were still charged the full annual amenities fee without any refund. The elevator frequently breaks down. Additionally, there has been ongoing water leakage from my apartment ceiling, and every few months I have to call maintenance to fix it. There are also frequent package losses. When residents complain, management does not attempt to investigate or resolve the issue. Instead, they simply tell us to “call the police” and say they do not handle it. It is very frustrating that the leasing office takes no responsibility for building-related issues. I have lived here for almost 8 years, and unfortunately, with the current manager, the service has only gotten worse. Due to these repeated problems and unprofessional management, I will not be renewing my lease unless if they change their service and management!Property Manager Responded

February 1, 2026REVIEW: While the neighborhood is great and the apartment is conveniently located close to the plaza, there are some ongoing issues. The building has a no-smoking policy, but it is not enforced and someone frequently smokes by the stairwells, and the smell is unpleasant every time we walk by. January 23, 2026Now they have no parking for visitors this is ridiculous . Where can family member who are visiting park ? I let me son who came to visit park in front of my garage and they tired to toll his car. But if I call because someone is blocking my garage no one tolls that car unbelievable.
