December 22, 2025I really like my apartment. It’s spacious and has everything I need. My only complaints are that the fobs haven’t worked and when I asked, I was told it was a building problem. It wasn’t fixed. We just now use the back door, which is ok, but I don’t know how to access the intercom so deliveries can go right to my door. And the neighbors really need to pick up after their dogs. It’s disgusting. I have a dog and I pick up after her all the time. Even in the snow. Someone should be looking at the ...irresponsible individuals who don’t. It’s gross and unsanitary. But overall, my dog and I love it here. Just don’t plow the snow so high, we can’t get grass for days. Thanks!Property Manager Responded

August 28, 2025I am beyond annoyed. I have been waiting for my master bathroom sink top to be replaced since March. I submitted work order 28639293 on 03/08/25 regarding two bathroom sinks, due to the peeling and chipping of the glazed/painted process that was done in February of 2023. The chipping and peeling began a little over a year later, in both bathroom sinks. One sink top was replaced on 04/23/25. I was told by Danny that my sink top had to be ordered, and it would take about four weeks. So I'm thinking ...the second sink would be done in May. I followed up with Jose via text on 06/26/25, and was told the following: with this heat wave we're just playing catch-up give me another day or so. I made another text follow up to Jose on 08/06/25, no response. I followed up for the third time on 08/25/25, and as of now I still haven't heard back. I was hoping this would be taken care of before the Labor Day holiday. I have been looking at this dingy, paint peeling bathroom sink for over a year.Property Manager Responded

August 14, 2025I would not recommend living in this community. My experience here was extremely disappointing. Management was unresponsive to concerns, and the property manager was unapproachable and extremely rude. Maintenance issues were either ignored or addressed far too late. The level of communication and professionalism from the office staff and property manager was unacceptable. On top of that, the overall living environment was not what was promised when I signed my lease. My apartment was turned over ...to me in the worst condition certainly not move in ready. If you are looking for a place that values its residents, responds to issues promptly, and delivers on its commitments, I would advise you to look elsewhere.Property Manager Responded

Only elevator in building broken for 3 months
August 9, 2025If there were zero stars, Arrive Fort Lee would get them. I live in Building 7 where THE ONLY ELEVATOR IN THE BUILDING HAS BEEN OUT FOR 3 MONTHS STRAIGHT — since May 13. This is not “off and on.” It’s been dead the entire time. The excuse? A “missing part.” What part takes three months? Unless it’s being hand-forged on Mars, there’s no justification. The last update was May 28. Since then: complete silence. And before management posts their typical “please email arrivefortlee@trinity-pm.com” — ...save it. We’ve emailed. We’ve called. We’ve been ignored. Talk to us when it’s fixed. If you are elderly, disabled, have kids in strollers, or just value basic human dignity, do not move here. Today it’s Building 7. Tomorrow it could be yours. Arrive Fort Lee takes your money and leaves you to lug groceries, luggage, and laundry up flights of stairs for months. Zero urgency. Zero accountability. Broken appliances and completely lack of maintenance
July 9, 2025It's been 16 days since I opened a work order for the dryer, which stopped producing heat and drying 2 weeks after I moved here. I contacted them through all means possible, including 5 office visits, 10+ calls, texts, emails, you name it. No use. They refuse to fix it even though the maintenance guy came last Monday and fixed a work order I submitted later than that, which is a broken dishwasher (also broke in two weeks) that is less urgent and promised to come back to fix the dryer the same ...day. Oh yeah, and the dishwasher was not fixed, it was briefly, and now it's completely broken, even more broken than before. Before it works 50% of the time, now it works 0% of the time, and I had to submit a brand new work order which will never get filled because guess what, it's been 16 days since my last work order had opened!Property Manager Responded
