I would love to have my windows washed. I have lived here since 2019 and never had exterior windows washed! Heavy footsteps from the apartment above mine rattle my lighting fixtures and are very loud.

I’ve had a great experience living at Arrive Glenview. The community is clean, quiet, and feels very safe. The apartments are modern, spacious, and filled with natural light, giving a comfortable and upscale feel. The leasing team is professional and helpful, and maintenance requests are handled quickly. Amenities like the pool and fitness center are well maintained. The location is also very convenient, close to stores and highways while still offering a peaceful neighborhood atmosphere.

Moved into Arrive Glenview and overall it’s been a great experience. The community is clean, well-maintained, and peaceful. The apartments are modern with spacious layouts and good natural lighting. Maintenance requests are handled promptly, and the leasing staff is friendly and professional. The location is convenient, close to shopping, restaurants, and highways, which makes commuting easy. Amenities are well kept and add real value to daily living. I would definitely recommend this community.

The office staff was great too bad they are gone and the original maintenance guy. A lot of changes all of a sudden it’s too bad. After paying as much as we do for parking others park for free in guest parking

Overall is not bad... Room is spacious and price is ok for the location. Elevator is down too often and not fixed in time. And the closure of Mariano's also de-valued the apt a bit.
