Elevator issues

One of the elevators has been out of service since February. Management has still not provided an update on when it might be repaired. Expect extremely long waits for the elevator on move-in days.

I almost like it here the apt is nice and spacious. The pool is nice and the gym is well equipped. The walls could be thicker but alas nothing I can do abt that.

Love the building and amenities, however there seems to be consistent issues with elevator outages and the pool deck was consistently closed early over the summer. The posted closing time was 10pm and staff was closing it at 8:30.

Maintenance is fast, once i put in a request it is being addressed the same day or next. I will say i wish the loft building was more secure but anyone can access the elevator and amenities are outdated for the price point.

I’ve really enjoyed living in this apartment. The unit is clean, comfortable, and has a great layout with plenty of natural light. The kitchen and bathroom are modern and well maintained. Any maintenance requests I’ve submitted were handled quickly and professionally, which I really appreciate. The common areas are kept clean, and management is responsive and easy to communicate with.
