October 6, 2025Moved into an apartment at Arrive Lex with a broken dishwasher. Been living here for a month now as a new tenant and was promised a new dishwasher was going to be replaced since it “Never” worked when I moved in (which the leasing agent was aware of it and promised they would be replaced). Now it’s a month past and still no dishwasher and I’ve had to wash dishes by hand. Not a good experience :/Property Manager Responded

August 4, 2025I’ve only just moved in so I can’t give a full review, but so far has been alright. The staff are kind and get things done, but my biggest issue is that although things will get done, they often require me to ask multiple times before it’s completed, or they make mistakes, which gets frustrating. The amenities are nice but often small things around the building are broken. Overall the unit is very nice and the view is phenomenal. I like that it feels like a community and they host events and have ...pet of the month, etc. There’s just a lot of minor issues that may get in your nerves overtime.Property Manager Responded

July 16, 2025My overall living experience has been everything BUT luxurious. The unit is extremely outdated and wasn’t even cleaned when I moved in. I had problems with the office staff since day one. The whole year I had large spiders living on my balcony. The office staff was not nice at all. I felt like I was burdening the property manager anytime her or her team made a mistake. I was so tired of the attitudes I just stopped reporting things and decided not to renew my lease. I’d rather pay more somewhere ...else if it means friendlier staff. My unit always smells mildewy, my neighbor throws parties during the weekdays that run past 3AM, everything in the building is always shutdown due to maintenance, and the printers never work. The two stars are ONLY for the view. The whole experience reminded me of what I think staying at a cheap motel would be like.Property Manager Responded
