Kitchen sink hot water Yes there is better hot water now but there is minimal flow using hot water in the sink compared to all the bathroom sinks in two bathrooms. The water flow in the kitchen is 1/4 the flow in other sinks.

Beautiful and quiet! Living at ALC II for 2 years was a wonderful experience. It had all the amenities and more that I wanted. The apartments are very spacious and modern. The staff are very friendly and maintenance requests are handled quickly Linda the property manager is so friendly and attentive to your needs.
