The staff are very friendly and maintenance requests are handled quickly Linda the property manager is so friendly and attentive to your needs. Edgar the maintenance manager is also friendly and quick to respond to your requests. The property is so beautiful with a nature path, humming birds and bunny rabbits. August 18, 2025Pretty Good. Wish There Was a Bit More Attention to Detail Overall, our time at ALC has been good. We love the small community and the people. Only things that would make it better is to make sure that we are receiving all the luxuries we are paying for. For instance, we haven't been able to get in and out of the building except for the main entrance for over a month now. There's no propane in the fire pit. Lack of dog bags in the stands around the property. I wish the green grassy area had a ...fence around it as I think more dog parents would utilize it.Property Manager Responded

June 3, 2025Enjoyed my time at Arrive I lived in both communities. ALC 1 from March 2020 to December 2020 and ALC 2 from January 2021 to May 2025. I truly enjoyed living in ALC 2. The layout of the apartments were great. I loved the kitchen and large island. Also the en suite shower was just massive. Since it was a new build, there were a few issues with the water heater the first few months we lived there but they kept working on it. Honestly the hardest part was keeping up with the lease renewal increases. ...The increases kept it hard to continue to live here and I feel there seemed to be more of a focus on student housing instead of building a community of families living in the area. Overall though, I will look back at the 5.5 years living in ALC communities as a positive.Property Manager Responded
