Rent increases too much each year. In 5 years, my salary only went up by 6%. BUT my rent has gone up by 35%. Just ridiculous. Place and people are not bad.

Very quiet. Its peaceful.
Definitely a Dog community but all pets are welcome. The community is quiet even on the weekends. The staff is great too.
