November 22, 2025Move in wasn’t the best. Construction is a huge drag. But overall the apt space and amenities are great. The maintenance team is always quick to help with any issues. The current office team is great!Property Manager Responded

July 28, 2025Regular fire alarms, like 3x a month. And when they arent testing them, the fire alarm notice is beeping on the wall constantly. everything is painted to within an inch of its life - things can’t be removed from the cabinets, cabinet doors stick, drawers stick, there are a million hairs painted into the walls. We’ve had our stuff stolen off our porch and the response was less than poor. Communication with community members is hit or miss- ill get a text, but my roommate won’t. She’ll get an email ...but I won’t. Nothing is consistent. The mailboxes! For three months they told us to go pick up our mail at a certain USPS location bc the mailboxes were broken but NO ONE knew to do this because no communication went out. We just thought an entire street block wasn’t getting a single letter… Final note: the hot tub is consistently disgusting.Property Manager Responded

July 5, 2025We have been here five years and it’s had its ups and downs. The community has definitely improved the last two years so we are feeling a lot better about it. However, our car was stolen from the underground, hated, monitored parking lot and never recovered, so it’s hard to feel good and safe with that.Property Manager Responded

January 4, 2025Fire alarm system goes off a lot for false alarms. Besides that, the staff is extremely friendly- they know us by name! The amenities are to die for!Property Manager Responded
