I just moved in to Arrive Mission Valley and things couldn’t be smoother. To start off, the staff is very friendly and welcoming when we toured the unit we signed the lease for. Also when we put in our first maintenance request, they were here in under an hour and super helpful. Security is also on the inside and outside of the complex, which makes me feel extra safe. The facility itself is very nice and clean and the amenities such as the pool, barbecues, gym, game room, and movie theater are ...

Smooth move in process! The ladies in the office were able to answer all of my questions. Our neighbors are all lovely as well. Some maintenance issues right off the bat but that’s normal in apartment living.

Conveniently located, building and apartments are kept up, excellent staff! Anytime there has been a maintenance issue it is taken care of immediately. They have events for the tenants which makes living here special.

I have 2 reasons why I give this community a 3/5.
1 - Apartment maintenance: Within the span of 3 months I’ve had two water links occur in my apartment that were outside of my control and it took days for someone to replace water damaged carpet and drywall
2 - Security guards: The security does a poor job to ensure that homeless people are disrupting the peace at night time, from relieving themselves by the apartment complex or digging in the dumpsters

It’s a beautiful place just wish pets weren’t aloud every thing else is amazing the amenities are convenient for children and adults the maintenance is very time efficient and office employees are very nice and understanding
