January 8, 2026I love living at Arrive North Bethesda. The amenities are amazing and convenient. My 10 year old loves the pool in the summer months and I use the fitness center all the time. My 2 bedroom 2 bath apartment is spacious and modern. The management team are friendly, maintenance is always on time and keep everything clean and running and the front desk concierge staff are always welcoming and helpful.Review from Apartments.com

December 15, 2025I was genuinely very excited to move into the community, as the location and overall appearance initially made a strong impression. Unfortunately, my experience since moving in has been disappointing and has made me wish I had done more research beforehand. Except for one individual, interactions with the leasing office and concierge felt unwelcoming, as though I was inconveniencing staff rather than being supported as a new resident. The move-in process lacked care, friendliness, and helpful ...guidance. Additionally, the unit itself was not fully move-in ready. Several issues were not addressed before my arrival, and despite only being here a few days, I continue to discover items that require repair. September 21, 2025I've been at Arrive North Bethesda fir almost 5 years. I truly love living in this community. The building may be old and needs maintenance work done frequently but that doesn't take away from the awesome view, great neighbors, great leasing, maintenance and housekeeping staff, and prime location of building. July 31, 2025From day one we have felt nothing but welcomed. I love getting to know my neighbors while either waiting for an elevator, going to the gym or a quick dip in the pool. Staff are amazingly welcoming too! I always get a warm hello from whoever is working at the concierge desk and Ms. Sharon helped me get through the leasing process with her natural friendliness and professionalism.
