July 31, 2025From day one we have felt nothing but welcomed. I love getting to know my neighbors while either waiting for an elevator, going to the gym or a quick dip in the pool. Staff are amazingly welcoming too! I always get a warm hello from whoever is working at the concierge desk and Ms. Sharon helped me get through the leasing process with her natural friendliness and professionalism. July 10, 2025Good location, clean building, some amenities could use improving. Has parcel lockers for packages which is great but it does often fill up quickly and packages sometimes have to be picked up at the front desk. Other residents friendly for the most part.Property Manager Responded

July 7, 2025It’s a cool complex to live in, but there is a problem with roaches. It’s not really bad but you will see some here and there. The AC is only in the living room in my apartment so the room gets really hot and will need a fan but the maintenance people come they’re really good.
