September 21, 2025I've been at Arrive North Bethesda fir almost 5 years. I truly love living in this community. The building may be old and needs maintenance work done frequently but that doesn't take away from the awesome view, great neighbors, great leasing, maintenance and housekeeping staff, and prime location of building. August 31, 2025The neighborhood it is amazing. Pike and rose near by, metro near by, different restaurants, different malls walking distance. The building itself it’s very old and cockroaches are a major issue.Property Manager Responded

July 31, 2025From day one we have felt nothing but welcomed. I love getting to know my neighbors while either waiting for an elevator, going to the gym or a quick dip in the pool. Staff are amazingly welcoming too! I always get a warm hello from whoever is working at the concierge desk and Ms. Sharon helped me get through the leasing process with her natural friendliness and professionalism. July 7, 2025It’s a cool complex to live in, but there is a problem with roaches. It’s not really bad but you will see some here and there. The AC is only in the living room in my apartment so the room gets really hot and will need a fan but the maintenance people come they’re really good.
