February 4, 2026The building is fine, definitely would be good to check your exact unit because they vary dramatically. We got bait and switched with our unit, were only shown the upgraded version up until move in day. February 2, 2026I have been a resident at Arrive North Bethesda for 5 years. I truly enjoy the community and location. Staff including property manager, leasing office (Ms. Sharon in particular), front desk and maintenance crew have been nothing short of fabulous. Everyone is kind and friendly and I really feel like I'm home when there. Of course it's an older building but Staff tries they're hardest to fix issues in a timely manner.
