February 8, 2026It's been quite nice here. Any issues with neighbors seem to get fairly handled so we can enjoy the quiet when we're home. Arrive North Shore practices good management and does some free breakfasts, text/email notifications, and keeps a free coffee machine / dog treats out by parcel pending. Parking lot is good in winter and they will tow if non-residents park there w/o tags so residents don't lose their spots. I've seen big dogs here so they also allow at least medium sized breeds (I have ...cats/ e.g. German shepherd, labs). It is expensive.Property Manager Responded

January 24, 2026Great place to live, and the management office is very friendly and great to work with. The apartments are great, and the common areas are well-kept. The complex is right next to the UP-N Metra (10 min walk to the Highwood station), which is convenient but also noisy when the train passes by.
