December 17, 2025Good place to live. Don't hear neighbors often, love the mail room lockers (just wish the delivery people would use them). I like the option to do laundy in my building too, it's a bit expensive tho and I generally have to add time to the dryer or my clothes are still a little damp. September 11, 2025When we initially moved in, the painters painted over the coax outlets and stappled through them. Submitted a maintenance request but no one showed up. Called the next day to schedule an early appointment but no one showed up until a couple hours later. Technicians were unable to fix the problem. Laundry is extremely expensive, only one washer and dryer per unit floor. Not to mention the washer and dryer are very small. Apartments have bad air circulation with limited natural lighting.Property Manager Responded

June 3, 2025I have told the manager numerous times that the washing machine on my floor was broken and it still isn’t fixed and this all started at the beginning of the year. The maintaining of property here has definitely gone down hill, especially over the past year.Property Manager Responded
