August 4, 2025A few bumps along the way during move in & getting settled/testing thing out, but the office staff & maintenance have been "on it" woth any issues we've had. We're new to the area from the city, so the area is an adjustment for us (in a good way). The pool is a nice amenity & is well kept - we haven't used the gym yet but haven't seen it look crowded. All of our new neighbors seem pretty cool & everyone we've encountered outside of the community have been very nice/polite. So far; so good - ...Arrive & Westmont......Pretty chill with a relaxing feel.Property Manager Responded

July 31, 2025You get what you pay for. The maintenance team is very responsive, which is good because things break pretty frequently. There is a pool and tennis court which is great. The gym is very small but does the job. There are many students and families that live here, very safe and lively community.Property Manager Responded

July 17, 2025Rental price went up over 200 yet nothing has changed in the community. The weight room is tiny and no more than 3 people can be in there at a time, I go to an outside gym because of this. There is also hardly any equipment in there, you get a better gym at a Hampton inn. It is a non smoking community but atleast half of the maintenance staff smoke all day long. They come into the apartment and it instantly smells. For the 2nd year in a row my place was flooded by a water leak. I had my shower ...curtain replaced a month ago and am still waiting on the old holes to be patched up, bugs continue to come in daily in the bathroom. Finally my bedroom window faces out to the parking lot and many members of the community go to their cars to smoke weed all night. I can’t sleep with my window open because it reeks of weed. The price for this place is an absolute joke for the quality of apartment, amenity’s and service provided.Property Manager Responded
