February 25, 2026Nice community, decent amenities, & fun events. Rent is on the high side. Only one fob that is used to access the mail room, package room, and fitness area are given no matter how many people live in each unit, which is annoying. General maintenance is good and repair requests to the interior are handled swiftly. However, large cracks in the patio area are continually ignored. February 24, 2026We had a package stolen before we even moved in. The package arrived two days early and by the time we moved in it had been stolen from our front door area. Not the best start. When we walked into our new space it was also filthy that we had to vacuum and mop all the dirt and dust before bringing anything inside. Additionally the paint job before we moved in had resulted in paint splatters all over our floors in all rooms with non-carpeted flooring.Property Manager Responded

February 6, 2026I really enjoy the community here at Arrive! Living in the 2 bedroom apartment, having 2 floors makes it feel more like condo living than it does apartment living. February 4, 2026Unbelievable maintenance especially during emergency situations. They are on top of it here. The amenities from the swimming pools, the tennis courts and the children’s playground makes it an unbelievable experience, especially in summertime very family, friendly environment.Property Manager Responded

February 4, 2026This is a great place to live with very attentive and responsive staff. The neighbors are peaceful, which makes the community feel comfortable and quiet. Anytime there’s an issue or maintenance request, it’s handled quickly—usually in less than four hours.
