Roaches make it very hard to live comfortably. So many little things come up and our neighbors are so loud in the middle of the night. Otherwise the place is safe and cozy.

Besides the loud kids and the trash issue its a great place to live. I am able to walk my dog around the complex and its pretty quite in the neighborhood at night. The laundry room has issues sometimes and is not cleaned frequently enough but besides that it is great.

This property was really nice but the rates for too high for my liking.

I love our new apartment! Jo is such an amazing person! We love the fact that she is passionate about her job, she has been helpful for our move in process. Could not have been any more thankful. About the apartment, We love the greenery throughout the area. Management is quick to respond and maintenance is very prompt as well.

Apartment is good, clean, "The staff is amazing! They are quick to respond to issues and the grounds are always clean". Great friendly responsive management staff , **great great location , nice window views of evergreen trees, large master bedroom, and very large kitchen for apartments ,, friendly neighbors, we can go away knowing all maintenance indoor and outdoor will be taken care of with good men and those we can trust..... lovely club house , pool and gym all in great shape
