February 24, 2026Initially moved into the C/D side where we were regularly met with officers inside the apartment building looking for individuals. Additionally had one instance where our neighbors dog was pepper sprayed under the door. Multiple packages stolen without any resolution from the office. Moved in the A/B side as they were recently renovated, while that side hasn’t had as many safety concerns we go maybe 3-4 out of the 7 days a week without hot water as the boiler is old they have been “resetting” the ...boiler as a solution but we continue to have days without hot water.Property Manager Responded

February 24, 2026Great staff, very friendly. Dog friendly community and the neighbors have all been so kind. The laundry rooms could use a little work.
