February 24, 2026The staff has been amazing and everyone in the building is so kind. Our apartment is quiet and we have a great view of the city. The neighborhood is also quiet but there are some good restaurants around. We’re also super close to multiple transit stops.Property Manager Responded

February 12, 2026Arrive South Loop as been a good experience so far! I have been here almost two years. Being new to Chicago it has been the most convenient yet safest place I've been. Although the walls and floors are little thin, overall close to things and pretty well kept!Property Manager Responded

February 5, 2026I have no complaints I’ve been here a year and the community is rather chill. The only thing is the pool. Since I been here it hasn’t been available. The building residents are great so far. Very peaceful I rarely even hear my neighbors.Property Manager Responded

January 29, 2026My experience started off positive, but the overall quality of the community has declined over time. Maintenance and cleanliness are not at the same standard as when I first moved in, and amenities such as the pool have consistently been out of service. Additionally, noise has become a major issue. I’m not sure if the walls are thin or if neighbors are simply very loud, but it has been disruptive and affects day-to-day comfort. With better upkeep and stronger enforcement of community standards, ...this property could improve.Property Manager Responded
