MOUSE AND RATS IN THE BUILDING!!
March 19, 2026I have lived here for 5 years, unit 518 and several units have been broken into, there is a MOUSE problem in the building!! My second floor neighbor just told me that she had killed a mouse in her tub. I killed one in my unit near my refrigerator and seen a second one run from my bedroom into the kitchen area. My next-door neighbor also stated that she seen two in her apartment. And our 3rd floor neighbor said she just seen a huge RAT on her floor!! (please view the pics)! They treat the ...tenants here like terribly! No rodent control help. Furthermore, several times the garage has been broken into and cars, windows were broken and items stolen out my neighbors' cars!!! This happened several times at around 3am. Suspiciously, the cameras are always turned off so the police are unable to catch who's doing the break-ins. DO NOT MOVE IN THIS BUILDING BECAUSE OF THE MANY ISSUES AND BAD UNREASONABLE MANAGEMENT OFFICE!!Property Manager Responded

January 29, 2026My experience started off positive, but the overall quality of the community has declined over time. Maintenance and cleanliness are not at the same standard as when I first moved in, and amenities such as the pool have consistently been out of service. Additionally, noise has become a major issue. I’m not sure if the walls are thin or if neighbors are simply very loud, but it has been disruptive and affects day-to-day comfort. January 23, 2026Its okay! No privacy, elevators slow, cold coming through windows because they are no insulated! Huge gap at bottom of everyone front door which can let anything crawl through! Expensive parkingReview from Apartments.com
