Walls are thin, and loud foot steps and noise from apartments above but quiet hours were never enforced. Paying extra charge for a garage attached to your unit is just beyond unreasonable, when assigned parking spots back in 2024 were taken away, and decided on first come first served after selling extra assigned parking spot as a perk back in 2024. A tiny and filthy dog park that had to be refurbished at some point ...because it was starting to be a health hazard. Dog poop everywhere in the community because people wouldn’t clean after their furry friends. Forget about the Jacuzzi, it becomes kids night time playground during summer.
