    So far I love living here. There are only a few things that I would recommend to be changed: 1. the package room, the way it is now is a disaster. I came from an apartment complex that used Parcel lockers and that is preferred. But its been manageable so far. 2. The parking. I stay on a lower floor in the building and I can never find parking lower than floor 5. Its somewhat irritating. Aside from that, maintenance is great!     I’ve lived in this building for over a year now and recently renewed my lease. The amenities are amazing and it truly feels like living in a luxury hotel. Maintenance is always very friendly and quick. Our apartment is spacious and quiet (we only hear our upstairs neighbors periodically). I gave 4 stars because the office staff and concierge is not the most helpful or friendly at times.

    I like the pool in the summer and the location next to the water is great. Also, the parking is quite useful. Maintenance is attentive and responsive.

    Do not move here. This building is under new management and they are very unprofessional. I have loved living here and love my apartment, which is very sad. A lot of people who also have lived here for years are leaving due to the new management. If anything goes wrong, do not expect them to help. They do not care about their residents and flat out told one person that they are "here to make money" after charging them incorrectly. My package was stolen and I was told that the cameras in the ...
    package room do not work and that "people have been going through their renters insurance or shipping carriers for a refund." While in the same breath the manager wants to say that there is no theft going on and that it is from dishonest delivery workers. These delivery workers are the same people who have been providing our service for years, so that is ridiculous. No accountability and no customer service.
