July 21, 2025Unfortunately I moved into a dirty apartment, my new apartment had not been dusted and the floors were sticky. It took over two weeks to get a response from the property about my concerns and has still not been resolved a month later. Very disappointing for a luxury apartment. Moving in was a hassle as the elevator was not reserved as I was told it would be. The location is great and the amenities are beautiful but rules are unclear surrounding their use. The residents are not notified when a ...space is reserved for a private event, you just find out when you go try to use that space. The security officers at the front desk are 3rd party contractors and cannot answer any questions about the building, but there is no way for new residents to know this. There are many easy fixes that could be made to improve the overall experience of living here, but it is very overpriced.Property Manager Responded

May 5, 2025So far I love living here. There are only a few things that I would recommend to be changed: 1. the package room, the way it is now is a disaster. I came from an apartment complex that used Parcel lockers and that is preferred. But its been manageable so far. 2. The parking. I stay on a lower floor in the building and I can never find parking lower than floor 5. Its somewhat irritating. Aside from that, maintenance is great! The apartment is nice and the area feels safe and super cute! Love how ...accessible the promenade is to take walks. I really do love it here so far though.Property Manager Responded

April 21, 2025I’ve lived in this building for over a year now and recently renewed my lease. The amenities are amazing and it truly feels like living in a luxury hotel. Maintenance is always very friendly and quick. Our apartment is spacious and quiet (we only hear our upstairs neighbors periodically). I gave 4 stars because the office staff and concierge is not the most helpful or friendly at times.Property Manager Responded
