February 15, 2026It's only 2 weeks in, but I can report a fairly seamless move-in experience supported by Michelle, my leasing agent. I felt like I had the lay of the land (building) before moving in so have been able to just focus on getting my on space set up. January 23, 2026The location is great. The amenities and service are lacking. We have been waiting on our broken balcony door to be fixed since we moved in in June. We have had thousands of dollars worth of deliveries stolen from the package room (a felony theft in Maryland) with absolutely no help from management. It’s incredibly disappointing given how excited we were to move in. The apartments themselves need upgrades. The floors are chipping and missing pieces of wood. There are no overhead lights or working ...switches for floor lamps. The dust in the vents is extreme. Just kinda sad about it all honestly.Property Manager Responded

January 23, 2026I have had no problems with this building. The maintenance staff is skilled, knowledgeable, polite and helpful, the concierge staff has always been very helpful, housekeepers are hard-working and friendly, front office very accommodating. January 3, 2026We have lived here for 4 months now and it’s has been nothing short of a great experience thanks to the staff members. Everyone is friendly, professional, and available to assist any resident needs. Michelle has been professional and responsive to all our questions starting when we first moved in. I would also like to shout out the maintenance team for their service. Walter was one of the first maintenance employees we met and he was professional, timely, welcoming and responsive to any ...maintenance requests we have.
