My move-in experience was okay. I didn’t receive a welcome packet with building information until I specifically asked for it, and I wasn’t informed that I needed to purchase a filter for the refrigerator. I was told to submit a work order. On the positive side, the maintenance team was amazing—they took the time to explain everything I needed to know about the water system and how my lock works. They were incredibly helpful and professional. I do wish the front desk staff had been a bit more ...
welcoming and provided clearer guidance during move-in. That said, my initial communication with the team over email was excellent, and they were very helpful leading up to my arrival.

The facilities are great but the noise outside at late night can be annoying. It would be better if maintainace service or cleaning service can be more quick-reponse.

The apartment is spacious, clean, and well-maintained. The staff are always friendly and quick to respond to requests, which makes living here comfortable. My experience at Arrive University City has been largely positive so far, and I'm very glad to be living here. The amenities are truly excellent and have made a significant difference in my daily life. The fitness center is top-notch and always clean, and the study lounges provide a quiet and productive space to focus. I'm especially impressed with the common areas—they're well-designed and perfect for relaxing or socializing. ?The staff has also been great; they are always helpful and friendly. ...
However, there is one issue that I've noticed, which is that one of my windows doesn't seem to close all the way. This is a bit of a concern, but it is the only real problem I've encountered so far. Other than this, everything has been great, and I am very happy with my decision. The convenience and quality of the building definitely make it a wonderful place to live.

Nice amenities but the ugly grey concrete ceiling is a no-go. For how much we pay to rent, wifi in each apartment surely isn't too much to ask for. The lift I was in on move-in day had a huge roach or bug crawling in it just right beside me...
