The overall living experience has been okay, but there are several areas that need improvement. The security of express packages really needs to be strengthened.In addition, the elevators break down quite frequently. Nice apartment, it is modern and has nice amenities. Maintenance is rather quick to respond and usually gets to issues within 24 hours. The gym is nice although it is on the small side.

Love my apartment, and desk being open 24 hours is great. However, the fire alarm goes off on accident too much and the maintenance not being available on the weekends are negatives.

The staff are friendly. The view is really nice. I also like the amenities here. However, fire alarms blow off too often, and I often need to wait for the elevators for a while in busy times, especially when some of them are under maintenance.
