November 20, 2025I have lived here for almost 3 years. I love the proximity to Valley Forge and the Schuylkill Trail. Anytime I've had a maintenance request, it is resolved typically within 24 hours, sometimes even less. The staff is always warm and friendly, and they provide a fun environment all year long for the residents, with numerous activities each month. October 6, 2025So far my experience here has been great. I just moved on October 1st and still exploring the area. I enjoy the open space with my kitchen and living room, having a balcony is a huge plus. I enjoy the close proximity of the river and trails. I like that there are two dog parks, even though I don’t have a dog anymore. I know there’s a gated play area for them outside for when I do adopt again.Property Manager Responded

September 2, 2025Overall, my experience has been positive so far. The neighbors are friendly, and the leasing office staff has been helpful and responsive whenever I’ve had questions. Maintenance requests are handled quickly, which I really appreciate. The only downside was that the apartment wasn’t as clean as I expected when I moved in, so I’ve been adjusting to that and doing extra cleaning as I settle in.Property Manager Responded

August 4, 2025In love with our new home! What I mean by “home” isn’t just the beautiful, spacious and all around “elevated” atmosphere of our apartment. It is also the direct access to the schuylkill trail/river, the amazing parks in the area and the feeling of being “away from it all” while having the convenience of major roadways/shopping centers etc. Being nestled between the Audubon, Valley Forge National Park and the former silent film studios of Siegmund Lubin, also makes for great conversation when we ...have guests!Property Manager Responded
