February 24, 2026Staff is very kind and helpful. Maintenance is prompt and diligent. Community is good, some people do leave waste from pets, but otherwise pretty clean. Walls are thick and noise does not get through aside from dogs. Building lobby is well maintained and usually clean aside from dogs. February 10, 2026I’ve lived at Arrive since 2022 to which thus far it has been a good experience however, the downside is it’s a community of mainly dogs and the smell follows you from entry point to hallway. Not a pleasant smell to smell. They have to realize that everybody does not wash their dogs. Everybody is not used to smelling dogs when they come home so there are people in this residence that don’t care for pets but live at Arrive because it is a nice place to live. They should have a separate area for ...pet only residence.Property Manager Responded

There was one issue where my car was incorrectly towed from its parking spot, but the leasing office was helpful and resolved the issue immediately and ensured that it will never happen again. February 4, 2026When I first toured the property it seemed like a no brainer to choose Arrive as my next home. The leasing office staff were polite and kind. The amenities, parking, and set up of the apartment seemed perfect and everything I was looking for. After being there for almost a year my view on this property has changed a lot. Between the echoing down the hallways, and the smoke alarms constantly going off from every little thing, it is definitely not worth the price of monthly rent.Property Manager Responded
