February 25, 2026I’ve been living at Arrive Apartments and I can honestly say I’m extremely happy here. From day one, the experience has been smooth and welcoming. The management team is professional, responsive, and genuinely cares about the residents. Any maintenance requests are handled quickly and efficiently, which makes a huge difference. The community is always clean and well-maintained, and you can tell they take pride in keeping everything looking great. The amenities are a huge plus — whether it’s the ...pool, gym, or common areas, everything feels modern and comfortable. It really feels like home here. I also appreciate how peaceful and safe the environment is. It’s a great balance of convenience and comfort. Overall, choosing Arrive was one of the best decisions I’ve made. February 24, 2026The management office is great. I would’ve given it a five star if I could have hot showers. Since I moved, the water has been inconsistent and I have freezing cold showers. I submitted several requests and complaining, but they were never able to fix it.Property Manager Responded

She has gone above and beyond to ensure that every resident feels cared for. Amanda is always ...friendly, proactive, and quick to address any issues that come up. Her dedication truly makes a difference in creating the warm and inviting environment we all enjoy. I am equally appreciative of the maintenance team, who are not only skilled but also prompt and courteous. Any problem that arises is handled efficiently, making life here stress-free. January 22, 2026Great space for my family and I. Lots of room and modern appliances. Very Dog and Kid friendly. My only concern is how thin the walls are. We can hear a lot of commotion coming from above us and to the sides. We are on the bottom floor.
