August 5, 2025In the past I've written great reviews for Arrive, Westlake Village. However I am hoping this review will move management to solve a problem. I wish I could post an image of 10/12 mattresses piled high, some falling over, surrounded by furniture in the wide open. It's such an eyesore, and makes Arrive look like a dump site, unkempt, and dirty. Guests who have seen this huge pile of junk have expressed how terrible it makes this place look. I have sent two emails to management, and no one has ...responded. I am hoping this eye-sore can be resolved.Property Manager Responded

March 19, 2025Grounds are generally kept very clean, except for the back by building 201 and 205. Neighbors constantly littering and drinking beer leaving a mess, blasting music and being rude. Luckily the leasing office is responsive when complaints are made.Review from Apartments.com

March 18, 2025The surrounding community is safe and quiet and the staff has been great to us. Our apartment is beautiful they have done a great job taking an older property and renovating upgrades inside the units. It's peaceful and good size units.Property Manager Responded
