    Calling responses and not responding to maintenance work Any time I called no response . Complain about bathroom pearling to fix long time ago nobody respond to do it.

    Getting better In the beginning things were in shambles. But as of late things have gotten a whole lot better and I do appreciate them stepping it up around here because this is a very lovely place. To let it go to the dogs would be insane.

    Exceptional Response and Resolution I give 5 stars to the new management here at Arrive Wheaton for their exceptional handling of our mold problem in our apartment. We've been here since 4/24, and have always had good experiences with the maintenance team, usually same-day service. So when we discovered our mold issue, we had the same expectation. And they did not disappoint. Management went above and beyond by making hotel reservations for us while the contractors and maintenance crew came to ...
    do the work. The job was completed over the course of 4 days, and we are very pleased with the results.

    Nice place to live Maintenance requests resolved promptly, package lockers are a plus for security, and neighbors are friendly. Pool is fun in the summer and gym is well used and maintained. Love the proximity to Metro, grocery store, and mall.

    Terrible move in The loading dock was not working so we had to drag all of the items through the lobby and into the elevator. There is no where to park out front because the street parking is only after 7 pm. So I was given a ticket for parking the U-Haul.

    Maintenance and cleaning team are the lifeblood of this building The maintenance team and cleaning team always work incredibly hard, and respond to request extremely quickly. They keep the building clean and running, and I hope red tail is paying them well. Can’t say the same for the leasing office.
