February 13, 2025It would be better if there was a property manager you could actually talk to with out an attitude or even get information about what's going on or what changes is being made there's a lot of things that could be better such as communication and being a better community.Review from Apartments.com
This place won't fix anything
July 21, 2022I moved in here May 22nd of 2021, the AC wasn't working things were broke took three days to fix the AC broke down again and like two weeks and then they fixed it after about four days and then that the brand non-stop well about a month-and-a-half after I was living here it went out took him six weeks to fix my AC unit it's got cockroaches that has mice infested with cockroaches that they won't get rid of them I tried the places are pretty sizable but the management will I fix anything I got an ...AC unit now. Just leaks water in my bedroom I have to put it in a container and dump it every day for Maci to run I still have mice brooches I have to throw everything out I'm moving they said they pay the gas they tried not to I force them third the drawers just hang shot instead of contracts there's a lot wrong with this place the blinds are installed backwards management won't respond to youRead MoreReview from Apartments.com
Don't even think about coming here
August 3, 2021I I moved into a c didn't work took him three weeks to fix it oh, the garbage disposal don't work the dishwasher floods out the refrigerator leaks water the vertical blinds won't open because they're installed wrong there's no blinds on the bedroom window the place is full of cockroaches they won't fix anything the AC broke again and 207 outside and they're just not doing anything I can't live like this they're going to fix everything within the next week or I'm breaking my lease this is the ...worst place I would say in town to live unless you're going to you know the middle of the ghetto these people will not fix anything the roaches are tremendous I never had a roach in my life untilRead MoreReview from Apartments.com

January 15, 2020Last year around this time we got new management (Juan and Monica) and they have really turned the property around. They hired a new maintenance person and now all the work orders actually get done. My fridge went out and they replaced it the same day! I’m super happy here. I recommend it! May 18, 2016I lived at Meadowbrook for a year before buying a house and the apartment was amazing! The bedrooms and closets are enormous! The manager is by far the nicest and most considerate manager I have ever met. The maintenance staff was also exceptional.Review from Apartments.com
