A Wonderful time
April 27, 2026 - Review from Apartments.comI rented a 1 bedroom apartment for two years, and everything was great! Maintenance was always quick to fix issues, people were nice, the neighborhood was quiet. Parking can be a hassle depending on where you’re at, but with mine I got a parking spot and there was enough street parking to make it work with guest. Lori in the office was always kind and helpful. One star was deducted only because every spring I seemed to get ants, but it was easy enough to control them with bait stations. (And ...with an apartment that’s semi underground, what can I expect to happen.) Overall though, a really lovely time here with these guys. Might not have a ton of amenities but it was well worth what I paid to feel comfortable.Read More

January 6, 2024 - Review from Apartments.comPSA: We moved out as new management was coming in so we can only say a little about our experience with them. My wife and I have mixed feelings about ArrowHead. We loved our spacious 2 bedroom 1.5 bath and it felt like home. We especially enjoyed our beautiful view from our deck of the bluffs. There definitely is some updating that the inside and outside of the apartments need but at the time we felt like the price was fair for what we were getting. We would not pay what they are charging now ...for what we had. While we were there maintenance and the front office was relatively responsive to our requests however since the new management transition we still have not received our initial deposit back and we have been moved out for 3 months. The locations of the apartments are nice and it's lovely to go on walks when it's warm. However in the summer because there is only one air condition unit for the whole apartment in the living room, it's hard to sleep in the bedrooms cause its so hot. Like I said, we have mixed feelings. Some things were great, and some things were subpar. But we are grateful for our time at Arrowhead.Read More
