Management is horrible
December 3, 2021You can definitely find a better apartment for the price you pay here. My unit was dingy and dated with a small kitchen. Most of the other tenants kept to themselves, but there was a huge problem with packages being stolen; when tenants ultimately complained, management's solution was to send a mass email asking the thief/thieves to stop...maybe try installing some cameras instead? This brings me to my next point, which is that management was terrible. Never have I had such condescending, passive ...aggressive, and overall unintelligent emails sent week after week. Laundry was also a nightmare. The units were constantly breaking down even when recently replaced, and management said if we didn't like it then we should find a laundromat. Last I checked part of my overinflated rent was supposed to include onsite laundry! This would be unacceptable even if management wasn't so rude about it. The only good thing about the place was the undersupported maintenance team. They busted their butts to try to fix whatever problem came your way, and they were friendly and sympathetic with every encounter.Read MoreReview from Apartments.com

October 30, 2019I have lived at Arrowhead for 3 years now. I must say this place has changed for the better over the past year and a half. The manager is very quick to respond to emails and is very welcoming when I come to the office. The maintenance is on point. They handle issues very fast and get the job done. Decent Place to Live
October 13, 2019The apartments are in good shape. I was in a bit of a bind needing to move immediately. Debbie went out of her way to get me a unit as fast as possible. The apt is spacious with lots of closet space. The den area, in the one bedroom, is also perfect for a small office. The complex is in the middle of a single family home community, so its also pretty quiet. A lot of the information listed on this website is not on their actual website, and that is the only reason I drop a star. It would make it a ...lot easier for future tenants to have all necessary information, before they walk into the office. Overall nice, affordable, and would recommend.Property Manager Responded

Great Management & Workers!!!
October 11, 2019I have been with Half Penny for almost Four years and during this time we have had our issues but nothing that was not handled properly. Stacey herself has been a tremendous help with all of the things we may have need or just waving to you in the parking lot. You can tell she really cares about her tenants and how the property is presented to others. I would recommend anyone looking for a great place to live with people who care about your comfort and happiness than this is the place for you! No ...matter where you go there will always be things you do not like but I have not lived at an apartment that cares so much about their tenants. Great place to live
November 10, 2018I've been living at Arrowhead since February 2014. The new manager and staff have been doing a great job. I find them to be helpful and friendly. When you call for a repair it's done quickly and the maintenance personnel are always courteous and professional. Stacey, the Property Manager at Arrowhead Court is the epitome of what qualities a manager should have. She possesses a willingness to always address any concerns you may have. My experience here at Arrowhead Court have been great ...and I would recommend this complex readily with no reservation and the location is great also.Property Manager Responded

An overall great place
October 16, 2018I've been a resident since summer of 2017 and I'm living comfortably. The entire staff are very friendly and helpful. Any issues have been taken care soon after I report them. Turn off water supply
June 22, 2018They very frequently turn off the water supply to entire buildings in the middle of the day with no warning for hours at a time claiming that there is a leak. Obviously this means you cannot take a shower, brush your teeth, do laundry, or cook anything that requires water. Water costs are included in rent and they do not provide rent discounts for depriving the residents this utility.Property Manager Responded
June 25, 2018We apologize for any inconvenience the water shutdown may have caused. We are not always able to give advance notice, if there is an emergency repair we need to shut down asap. Management is working at educating residents to refrain from discarding certain items down the drains which contributes to these issues.
