I've lived at Arrowhead Landings for 2 years and I could not be happier. I've made the tough choice to move away and I know that I may never find a management team as good as this one. From day 1 , they've gone above and beyond. I traveled all the way from Wisconsin and they kept the office open for me, even when I was slightly late due to car troubles.

staff really cares and are social birds that you can tell are dedicated to getting things done right. I've had a short list of issues here, but all were resolved by the complex very quickly and swiftly and I've never had to ask twice.
My only one critique is that when you move in, please allow residents time to fill out their room report sheet. I felt rushed during my move in and had to stand my ground that I would not rush stating the original condition my apartment was in.
Outside of that, from move in, to this current process of moving out, I have felt welcomed at this complex and I will miss it. I'll be updating my review once my move out is complete, to detail the process and if any unfair charges occurred.

Max of 2. Only one nonrefundable fee for 1 or 2 pets of $300 due at move-in. Pet fee is $35 per pet each month. Two pet limit, full-grown maximum weight of 75 lbs. for each pet. Dogs and cats are most welcome.
