Aquí nadie limpia esto esta que da asco los trabajadores se la pasan escondido haciendo tiempo para cobrar sus horas de trabajo sin hacer nada ni una escoba a los pasillos escalera o elevador la mosca y la peste es insoportable porque se pasan una semana sin recoger basura y las fosas están reventadas en los parqueos es un asco

It's dirty. Currently the trash hasn't been picked up in nearly 2 weeks and the lawns haven't been given maintenance in about 2 months. The buildings are dirty, the paint is chipping and the elevators are always broken. Definitely not worth the money.

The worst decision is to rent in this disgusting place, they don't clean, the buildings are disgusting, the maintenance doesn't exist, the office doesn't have a reliable person, they sell you the opposite of disgusting, the elevators are always damaged, extremely expensive, IN THE END NEVER RENT IN THIS DUMP!

In two days maintanance came to my apartment to fix my balcony door . I want to thank José the supervisor and Elio for fixing this issue professionaly and in general the whole maintanance team Jesus and Vladamir they are amazing. If the rate is 1-10 I would give a 10 and double the rating what an amazing team and also the leasing team in the office they are so profesional . I am so glad that i decide to choose Art 88 as my home .

Listen to someone who has lived here for 2 years, Do not move here, There is absolutely no security of any kind and this resulted in my car being stolen last week, Theft has been an ongoing issue for years and nothing has been done and nothing will be done. Apart from that the apartments are old and worn down, and they have raised the price to the point where it is not any cheaper than other properties around the area. Grand Peaks should be ashamed of themselves for having a property in this ...

condition, I will never move anyone that had their name attached to the property.

Horrible building! Always dirty as a dumpster! The so called “remodeled” units just got barely “painted”. There is no security and they are constantly breaking into the apartments and cars! Staff is UNPROFESIONAL AND DISRESPECTFUL. Apartments are overpriced!!! DO NOT MAKE THIS MISTAKE!!! You are better off going somewhere else! Trust the voice of experience here! The whole month I was here it was a nightmare! Don’t let this happen to you or your family.
