This place is awful
December 14, 2024It's dirty. Currently the trash hasn't been picked up in nearly 2 weeks and the lawns haven't been given maintenance in about 2 months. The buildings are dirty, the paint is chipping and the elevators are always broken. Definitely not worth the money.Review from Apartments.com

December 16, 2021In two days maintanance came to my apartment to fix my balcony door . I want to thank José the supervisor and Elio for fixing this issue professionaly and in general the whole maintanance team Jesus and Vladamir they are amazing. If the rate is 1-10 I would give a 10 and double the rating what an amazing team and also the leasing team in the office they are so profesional . I am so glad that i decide to choose Art 88 as my home .Review from Apartments.com
Do not move here
December 12, 2021Listen to someone who has lived here for 2 years, Do not move here, There is absolutely no security of any kind and this resulted in my car being stolen last week, Theft has been an ongoing issue for years and nothing has been done and nothing will be done. Apart from that the apartments are old and worn down, and they have raised the price to the point where it is not any cheaper than other properties around the area. Grand Peaks should be ashamed of themselves for having a property in this ...condition, I will never move anyone that had their name attached to the property.Read MoreReview from Apartments.com
Bad, bad, bad! DO NOT EVEN THINK ABOUT THIS PLACE!
April 24, 2018Horrible building! Always dirty as a dumpster! The so called “remodeled” units just got barely “painted”. There is no security and they are constantly breaking into the apartments and cars! Staff is UNPROFESIONAL AND DISRESPECTFUL. Apartments are overpriced!!! DO NOT MAKE THIS MISTAKE!!! You are better off going somewhere else! Trust the voice of experience here! The whole month I was here it was a nightmare! Don’t let this happen to you or your family.Property Manager Responded
