April 30, 2026Pretty but poorly constructed. These place is pretty when you first walk in but is clearly not very well thought out. The lights around the pool shine directly into the windows of the first floor apartments and the lights are super bright so it’s quite disturbing at night. The ceilings obviously have zero insulation because I can hear every single thing my above neighbor does. Sounds like the ceiling will fall through when he walks. Last but certainly not least my ceiling in my bathroom started ...leaking into my bathroom light and I have had to call them at least 15 times to get it fixed. Every single time I call someone tells me they will follow up or send someone and neither happens so I have to call again or go down to the office to finally get some movement. Now it’s 3 weeks later and I have a huge whole in my ceiling with insulation hanging from it and a light hanging from open electrical wires over my shower!
