Beautiful Apartment BUT......
April 14, 2021Nice apartments, very bad guest parking, no green area so its like living in a concrete jungle. BIG WATCH OUT - make sure when you move your move-out walk through is in writing otherwise you will be charged for things that were not talked about in your walkout and it will end up taking all your security deposit.Property Manager Responded

I WAS UNDERWHELMED
July 3, 2020I noticed these apartments while driving by and thought they looked beautiful therefore I wanted to check them out. I was actually pretty excited and had already planned to choose Arte as my new home. Unfortunately, that feeling changed when I did an in-person tour. First, I noticed random people hanging around the area that don’t live there. It may be because of the barber shop attached to the building. Second, I was only allowed to see one model during the visit, so that sucked. Third, the ...lack of storage space that exists is disappointing especially for the price you’re paying. The photos make it seem like a nice sized place but in-person it’s so much smaller that I’d be downgrading if I chose this place. Other things I noticed, the community did seem quiet once you walked inside or it may be because there are still a lot of vacancies—so I can’t say whether or not the shared walls are thin that you can hear your neighbors. And the amenities are actually pretty nice.Property Manager Responded
