October 16, 2019A BEAUTIFUL place to live, my family and I are so happy living here. We wanted to be close to DC but still get the quality of what we pay for which is not always the case when you rent in DC/MD, so we gave Manassas a try. We love that it is 30 minutes from everything in the DMV and still is in itself an epicenter. Artena Manassas is especially great for a young family if youre looking for a lot to do, other working professionals in a fun community. There is so much to do for both me and my ...friends and also for my kids. Also, the management and staff have shown me and my family GREAT care. The property manager has welcomed any community organizing initiative ideas that we've had. The new assistant manager is sooo lovely she always helps residents and is warm, kind, and professional every time i see her. The staff knows the residents by name and always help. The past few months they have even added a lot more resident activities with free food (a big plus to a working mom)! The security makes sure you are safe, they make consistent rounds and always present and professionally make sure that things go as expected. I feel so much safer knowing that they are here and actually take the residents safety serious. I love the organization and thought put into every aspect of this building. Artena has the best location as well because it has Montessori daycare downstairs and located in front of amtrack . DO NOT RENT HERE!!!!! HORRIBLE
August 28, 2019WORST APARTMENT I HAVE EVER RENTED. THE STAFF ALWAYS HAS AN ATTITUDE AND ARE VERY RUDE. THE APARTMENT IS CHEAPLY MADE AND FALLING APART. THE STAFF HAS BEEN CHANGED NUMEROUS OF TIMES IN JUST 1 YEAR. THE ELEVATOR IS AWLAYS BROKEN AND THE POOL THAT WAS SUPPOSED TO BE OPEN BY MEMORIAL DAY IS STILL JUST A HOLE IN THE GROUND. THE COMPLEX IS SUPPOSEDLY “SMOKE-FREE” BUT IT IS NOT ENFORCED. I LET THE OFFICE KNOW MANY TIMES THAT MY FLOOR STANK OF CIGARETTES AND THAT THE SMOKE SMELL WAS GETTING INTO MY ...APARTMENT BUT THE OFFICE DID NOT CARE AND JUST PASSED IT FORWARD TO SOMEONE THAT NEVER CALLED ME. THE COMPLEX IS NOT MAKING MONEY AND IT IS RENTING SOME APARTMENTS ON AIRBNB, SO THE COMPLEX THAT IS SUPPOSED TO BE SECURE IS OPEN TO ANYBODY THAT RENTS ON AIRBNB. RENT ANYWHERE ELSE BUT HERE, EVERYONE IS MOVING OUT BECAUSE OF HOW BAD IT IS.Read MoreReview from Apartments.com
