I haven’t been here long but the quietness and the friendliness of the neighbors make the community worth being apart of. Compared to some of the other communities that I had previously toured didn’t quite say home to me but I can definitely say that Artesian definitely feels like home.

If you dont mind living in an apartment complex where you can't get in touch with any "manger" than this is the the place for you. I called, emailed and even texted. Finally emailed corporate saying id like to speak with them and then the manager will call you. Still no gate and the excuses for that is wild. Also you have to pay for trash pick up but good luck getting that taken care off.

As our time here it’s coming to an end I would say that it has being a blessing finding this place and calling it home. Amenities are great and it’s location helps a lot for conmutes in Metro Atlanta. Altought the best thing about this place is the promplty reponse to any maintenace or concern.

I’ve truly enjoy living in this apartment community. The property is clean, well-maintained, and has a welcoming atmosphere.
