Good place to live
March 22, 2025I lived here several years and liked the apartments. No complex is perfect but it's a good place to live. Garage has good lighting and nice amenities. Leasing office gets busy but staff does their best to meet your needsReview from Apartments.com
Avoid this place!
October 30, 2021This complex is poorly managed by EMG management. The entire complex is filthy, the gar garage always has trash everywhere and smells really bad. The carpets through the hallway look like they are 20 years old when the building is only about 6 years old. The secured areas are actually not secure at all. Many of the access (fobs) are broken due to the many of the homeless people that are always trolling the hallway. In the last month we have had several cars broken into while inside the “secured” ...garage. EMG has been made aware of so many of these issues and they do nothing. Some of the staff appears to want to help but when it reaches the manager, she is useless and gives the impression that she doesn’t care. Many of the amenities such as the pi’s outside don’t even work. And lastly, if you want facts, call Unified Police and ask how many times they need to come to this place and they will laugh and could give you a lost since they are here so much. Place is a nightmare!!! If you’re looking for a place to call home, this isn’t it!Property Manager Responded
March 21, 2022Hello, We appreciate your feedback and will use this information to better address any situations in the future. We do now have several contracting companies helping to keep areas clean and fine residents for improper disposal of garbage which ultimately causes these unsightly issues. Unfortunately, we are unable to guarantee safety or secure areas as crime is everywhere and understand that it is a frustrating situation regarding any car break-ins. If you have any issues you wish to create a work order for please contact the leasing office as we would be glad to address as quickly as we can. Again, thank you for your feedback and we hope we can reach a better level of service for you!
