October 26, 2025Love the location and the management team is great. Apartments do need updating which I believe is happening as units turn over. My biggest complaint is Artessa is advertised as luxury urban living with expansive views of the Quarry golf course. Unfortunately there is a tree blocking 80 percent of our view of what should be an incredible view of the Quarry back nine. Management says they can’t trim/top the tree. We are in our 5th year here and the tree continues to grow and obstruct more and ...more of our view.Property Manager Responded

October 20, 2025Overall living at Artessa is a positive experience. We especially like the security features and the gated parking garage. The views from the patio/balcony are sublime. The one negative is the less-than-stellar groundskeeping maintenance of the eastern grounds. It's not terrible, but a little lacking in regard to a luxury apartment complex.Property Manager Responded
