Constant noise
November 20, 2022At 11a the FNG Eats vent starts up and it goes until 10:30p. It makes an amazingly annoying buzzing sound. We cannot sit outside, it’s just too loud. And we can’t get away from the noise in our apartment, it is so loud and constant. We would have NEVER moved in had we known about the noise problem.Review from Apartments.com

July 21, 2021The management is headache to deal with. The actual buildings are not well kept and the paint on the walls dont even match. Only move here if you want to overpay to live in a motel 6 atmosphere. The only good thing is the location. Other than that, Nothing positive. Stay away. Maintence issues constantly
July 25, 2020The location, parking, and overall layout of the apartments are great. But things in the apartment break down constantly. The kitchen sick doesn’t run cold water, the AC breaks down about once a month, each toilet in my bathroom have broken, the tank of one toilet even broke and the entire gallon of water busted onto the floor and the patio door leaks when a storm comes. I have put in a maintenance request for each of these problems at least 2-3 times and they just don’t come by. The toilet tank ...had a crack in it for 6 months which they wouldn’t fix until it finally gave out and poured everywhere. Overall the management is terrible.
