Loving our new Laguna Home!
May 22, 2023It was a challenge finding a community that had it all but with the Artisan we found it! Beautiful well maintained neighborhood, gated with security, pool, gym & updated units- it really checked all our boxes. A little pricey but for this market a great deal! Ten minutes from the beach and 10 minutes from shops, dmv, groceries and thankfully my office. The express way is super helpful when needing to get in or out fast. The Artisan team has been very accommodating and helpful with my complicated ...cross country move. Happy tenant though and look forward to living here for years to come!Property Manager Responded

April 7, 2022Today makes exactly one month since I moved to this apartment and I wanted to take the opportunity to write a a well deserved review for this company. I want to start with my initial experience. I am a single mother who was looking for a great looking apartment, near the beach, with all my desired amenities, in a safe community, all at a great price. When I came across Artisan Laguna Beach apartments I was thrilled because it literally has everything I desired. The person I worked with was ...Scott, and I simply cannot say enough about how helpful, thoughtful, and profession he is. The first day I called to enquire about the apartments he invited me to come look at the available apartments and amenities that same day. He literally took me to see each apartment that met my requirements to make sure I would be pleased with my choice. After choosing the apartment, the process went by super fast and I was living in this gorgeous community the next week. I must include the fact that these appartments are immaculate and well maintained. I am so proud to live. Since moving in, I requested maintenace once through their app and they were there within 10 minutes to fix my problem (a problem I created). I can go on and on about what I love about this appartment like how close it is to the beach, tons of hiking trails nearby, an abundance of shopping centers, feeling safe etc. but I think you get the point.
