lied about self guide tour
October 11, 2024When you are in the community, they have signs all over saying you can do a self guided tour, all you have to do is scan your ID and put in a CC! After doing all of that it continues to go through an error and having you start the process over again. How convenient after we already have our CC number. It never let you select a time or date. We also tried to call the number after and no one would answer. (It was a weekday and during the day) left an unsettling feeling.Property Manager Responded
