Roaches and useless management
November 17, 2022I have a pretty bad roach and fly problem here , the management is pretty bad it seems to be one thing after another here, homeless people wander the complex and dig through dumpsters from time to time, and there’s graffiti on the wallsReview from Apartments.com
I used to call this home
December 18, 2021I've liver here 6 years and since new owners came in it's been a terrible experience. Not to mention changed management and now it's only getting worse. Been dealing with bird poop on our walkways for over a year and they're apparently putting up netting. But nobody has come to clean this in over 4 months. Not to mention being surrounded by junkies and crackheads and they've uped the rent more than 50%. I've watched multiple people move out simply cause it's just not worth it anymore and sadly ...seen more get evicted. You guys are tearing this place apart and it's sad. Management telling us they have to charge more cause their a business and as a business they need to maximize profit. Awesome
August 8, 2015I've lived here for almost 2 years now and have never had a problem with the place. Its quiet and the neighbors are nice. It's also close to restaurants and shopping centers. If I could rate 5 more stars I would because I don't plan on moving out anytime soon. The apartment I'm in has lots of space and the option for a washer and dryer is a plus. The new management is great and any issues get resolved pretty quickly. I also like how there's no assigned parking so there's no fear of getting your ...vehicle towed for parking in different spots. Just gets worse
July 28, 2015We have lived here for a few years now, and it just gets worse. When we moved in, the carpet was shredded, paint peeling off the walls, and a cabinet in the kitchen was broken. It took a year to get that cabinet fixed. The bottoms of the cabinets under the sinks have fallen apart, much like everything else. The management use to be nice, but since they have switched, they have been rude. The few times they have wanted to check things in the apartments (spray for bugs, check AC for "preventative ...maintenance), they put up a notice on our door with 24 hour notice and say "We will be here at some point in the next few days." We feel like we must sit around and wait for them. When something breaks, we request for it to be fixed (our AC for example), and then have to continue to call to get them to come because they "thought it had already been taken care of." As far as the layout, the bedroom sizes are great. The apartments are quiet, no one really bothers you.Read MoreReview from Apartments.com
